We had the most wonderful Christmas meal! Chef Desiree cooked for 42 people a traditional American Christmas meal. The prime rib was incredible…and she made sure to prepare it in multiple temperatures to please all guests (rare/med rare/well). The side dishes had such huge flavor profiles, you could taste all of the fresh herbs and seasonings. She was so easy to work with, responding and answering all questions to work out the menu. I appreciated most that she was thorough in food descriptions and reasons why or why not we should have certain dishes with our quantity of people and the occasion. Cannot wait to have her cook for my daughter’s rehearsal supper later this year!
