- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We beat competitors' written estimates. Currently we are offering a 20% off labor discount and our service fee starts at $79. It does however get waived upon the completion of repair
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would get the most basic personal info (name, address, phone number, brand and type of the appliance and a symptom of the problem) and dispatch a technician. Most often the service will happen the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians are extremely experienced and are able to repair most appliances on the spot
