These women are great! We hired Amber and Jess to help plan our April 20, 2024 wedding and it was spectacular - they were spectacular. I worked mostly with Amber in the planning phase and she is smart, funny, resourceful, very good at her job and was willing on many occasions to do what it took to organize around our busy schedules. From evening meetings to longer than planned zoom calls, to detailed timelines, and many great ideas, Amber made everything fun. When I was having trouble finding a wedding dress, Amber quietly arranged a Sunday(!) appointment for me at one of her favorite bridal shops (Illusion Bridal), and met me there and proceeded to make sure I found the perfect show stopping dress. Another memorable referral was the cake lady! We needed a gluten free cake, which is tricky for some bakers, and Jess sent us to Jocelyn Maas at Lady Bird Sweets. Jocelyn made us a 3-tier cake, with different flavors for each layer, and not only was it was a huge hit at the wedding, we had so much fun at the cake tasting we are still talking about it! The referrals from the Perfect Pair were, well...perfect! Finally, the wedding arrived and true to their promise, they took care of everything and appeared to have a good time doing it. My groom and I were able to focus on each other, enjoy our day, and be with our beloved guests. We never even knew about the few things that went wrong (nor did our guests!) until much later when Amber shared stories of what they took care of. The cherry on the top was that both Amber and Jess's teenage sons worked at the wedding to help set up and clean up and they were simply fantastic. Could it have been any better? I can't imagine how. Best money we spent. Thank you for everything Perfect Pair!

Idk where to begin! Amber and Jessica were amazing. We found them after toying with the idea of not needed a wedding coordinator and wow our wedding day would’ve been a nightmare with out them. They were so helpful with last minute BIG decisions (like changing the location of our reception area) and kept us at ease the whole day. They worked their butts off and were so kind and generous. Our wedding was a zero waste event so they had some questions about how to pull some stuff off but, it seemed like they had done 100 zero waste weddings before. They thought of things we even forgot to think of! Amber and Jessica helped us to pull off our slightly less than traditional processional and assured us that it would all still be fine. They also added on a bussing service for us and helped us from morning to night on our big day. I cant say enough how professional and fun they were. We felt like we had new friends after our wedding. Hire these two! They can are the best!

I don’t even know where to begin! I hired the perfect pair off good reviews and a quick decision. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for in a wedding coordinator. I was feeling so overwhelmed and needed for someone to guide me and bring me peace during a stressful situation. I had my initial phone call with Jessica and within minutes I felt such a relief and knew I would be in good hands. I hired them for one month prior and day of coordination. The whole month prior Jessica requested all contracts from vendors and went through all the contractual agreement details and she reached out to vendors with questions and day-of wedding clarification details. She sorted out unforeseen complications that could have come up, hopped on meetings with vendors and went above and beyond to make sure all would go smoothly on the wedding day. The day of the wedding, Jessica and Amber were at the venue early and working with vendors for perfect set-up. They took care of EVERYTHING and more. My bouquet arrived in terrible condition and she had a new beautiful one delivered. They made sure to not only take care of me but also the groom. They made me day perfectly seamless when several things did go wrong behind the scenes. Not a single guest noticed and so many guests complimented how the day flowed so smoothly. Jessica and Amber literally made my wedding day a dream come true. I cannot express how grateful I am to have hired them. 10/10 recommend!!

THE BEST COORDINATORS AROUND! This duo will make sure you have the most perfect wedding imaginable. We contracted them 5 months out from our wedding date and they made it all happen. They are reliable, punctual, VERY organized, professional and most of all a joy to be around. I had seen them in action about a year before my wedding and absolutely knew I needed them to coordinate my wedding. Me and my husband look back on our big day and can’t think of one thing we would change. We were able to be the guest of honor and didn’t have a worry at all knowing we were in goods hands with this duo. Thank you again to this amazing duo for making our BIG day absolutely dreamable!

I wish I had booked them from the start of my wedding planning and made our wedding go smoothly, making my husband and I feel like we were attending our wedding without the stress.
