- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge hourly for local moves. Our rate is all inclusive so you don't need to worry about gas/fuel/travel charges. Military and senior discounts will apply upon request for qualified customers. We accept only cash and credit cards as the methods of payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get your job scheduled takes a few easy steps: You provide us as many details as possible so we have better picture of your moving project along with email address and we are sending you confirmation letter with all the details and paperwork attached that we will sign with you on the day of the move. We truly believe that you intend to move so you don’t need to sign anything at that moment or provide your credit card information to reserve the date and time. Everything you need is to get ready for the moving team to arrive on the day of the move: Our crew will be on time and fully ready to perform your job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Twice a year, despite his/her experience, our employees review 6-hours video educational program which approved by California Public Utility Commission. We are family business that you can rely on!
