Andrew was always very quick to respond and was good with communication. The day of, the team came in and did a great job with the deep clean and carpet cleaning. I was really happy with how they transformed my carpets. We haven't cleaned them in over a year and they had some pet stains. I did notice after they left that a few things had been missed, but Andrew was quick to make an arrangement for them to return and correct the few things that had been missed. Initially, they were going to return the next day, but they actually returned within 30 minutes. The team was friendly and worked well together. My only concern was in the power of their carpet cleaning machine. It blew out 2 fuses in my home, and now we are having issues with our internet router. For house cleaning, I would definitely hire them again, but I'd have to figure out how to work around the power issues if I wanted them to come back to do my carpets.

I give them 5 stars for Value, Quality, Responsiveness, Professionalism and Punctuality! I didn't recognize the condo after they cleaned it! It looked like something out of Better Housekeeping magazine! The floors looked brand new. The blinds, bathroom, ceiling fans, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, sinks were super clean. They sent 3 people to do my Move Out & it is QUALITY WORK WITH HIGH VALUE! These are the reliable cleaners that you want to hire for Move Out/Move Ins if you are a landlord or property manager. They also do deep cleaning/standard cleaning, carpets, upholstery, short term rentals, janitorial and post construction. AS A FORMER REAL ESTATE AGENT/PROPERTY MGR/VACATION RENTAL MGR, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM especially for short term rental cleaning & Move in Move outs!! They are the best and I have worked with many cleaners but none at this high of a level. Just contact them right away!

Overall, I had a good experience. Andres was very responsive to start. I’ve not had my carpets cleaned before so I was sure what to expect the work was done satisfactory. No issues there. I do recommend some sort of confirmation of the appointment the night before. I had to reach out to Andres to confirm it myself. But again, he was very quick to respond. Also, I was advised of the different payment options after the work was completed and was told I would receive confirmation of payment receipt which I did not. Neither of these two things altered my experience I would still use them again in the future but these are areas that could be improved upon for an overall better business/customer experience.

Innovative Cleaning was awesome! Our cleaner Eloy showed up ahead of schedule and went right to work after I showed him our home. He was amazing and did all the cleaning chores we needed. He went above and beyond expectations, was very polite and took care of everything on my "to do" list. If something didn't look right he took the time and re- did it no questions asked. He was GREAT! I will definitely hire them again and highly recommend their services. Thanks to the owner and the entire team.
