- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I create your menu tailored to your likes and needs, and because no two menus or set-ups are the same, neither is the pricing…depending on the number of guests, the menu selection, service style, and a few other key factors. After a quick phone conversation to go over details I can best quote for your request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every event is unique, with varying details and requests. I like to have a conversation, usually via a phone call, so that I can get a feel for what you are looking for so that I can meet your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides having a culinary degree, the Food Network is the only channel that plays on my TV.
