FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should be aware that our pricing is designed to be affordable and competitive. We take pride in offering low prices for our products/services to ensure that our customers receive great value for their money. Additionally, we have a strong commitment to supporting our community, and as a token of our appreciation, we provide discounts to seniors and veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In my role as a legal document assistant, the onboarding process for a new client is a well-structured and collaborative journey. It all begins with an initial inquiry or consultation, where I take the time to get to know the client and understand their specific legal document needs. During this conversation, I aim to create a comfortable and open space for the client to share their concerns and objectives. If we decide to move forward, the next step involves drafting an engagement agreement that outlines the scope of services, associated fees, payment terms, and deadlines. This legal document serves as the foundation of our working relationship and ensures transparency and clear expectations. Once the engagement agreement is signed, I guide the client in providing all the necessary information and documentation related to their case. This may include contracts, forms, financial records, or any other relevant materials. I meticulously assess this information and conduct any legal research required to ensure that the documents I prepare meet both the client's specific needs and legal requirements. The onboarding process is highly collaborative, with continuous communication between the client and myself. We work closely to review, revise, and finalize the documents, making sure they accurately reflect the client's objectives. After the documents are executed, I also provide guidance, through lawyer approved information, on what steps the client should take next, whether it involves filing documents with authorities or presenting them in a legal proceeding. Ultimately, my goal is to empower clients with the legal documents they need, all while providing a supportive and informed onboarding experience.
