- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Water damage loss is an emergency based service and since we don’t know the extent of the damage that is caused by the running water , it would be almost impossible to give an accurate estimate , therefore be aware of the contactor’s that give an estimate. Our primary goal is to extract all visible water , and evaluate what needs to be removed from affected area and start the drying process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On our first visit to the property we make sure that there are no safety or health hazards to the occupants, pets, or our technicians. We also make sure the source of the damage has been taken care of (shut off Water main , plumber, etc.) . Once we have a signed agreement, then we will start to move furniture and other items from affected area to prevents more damage , and it’s followed by extraction of the water with our state of the art extraction units .
