- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All service calls are $300, which will be credited towards future work. Many items have fixed prices regardless of time taken to solve the problem. Please ask for an estimate prior to work being performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer more information upfront, preferably in text or email format with pictures if applicable. Sometimes further information is needed, and we will request a phone call or an in person visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We bring years of experience working in all types of residential houses. We started as a property management solution for landlords doing everything regarding in home maintenance. Our main field technician has worked in sign fabrication, jewelry, rapid prototyping, and solar. Our secondary field technician has 13+ years plumbing, 5+ years in concrete and framing and is a GC.
