- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Abode Interiors fee structured is based on an hourly rate + fee on merchandise. After an initial complimentary consultation call, we will provide a proposal for the amount of hours and cost we estimate your project will take to complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a complimentary consultation call. During this call, we can gain a better idea of the scope and design requirements your seeking. We also use this as an opportunity to answer any questions you may have and give you more information about it. We would then present a proposal estimate for the scope of work and cost. Once you're ready to move forward, we would provide a contract for execution. Upon execution, we will complete a site visit (if needed) and begin design. We will present initial designs and a full design presentation. Once the client is satisfied, merchandise procurement and install will begin.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I completed my first renovation design project in 2016. Since that time, we've completed a multitide of design and decorating projects in several states throughout the U.S.
