- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer charging by the job. Just easier for everybody:) However, happy to work on a retainer bases.. by the hour... word count... whatever the client wants.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by doing a "deep dive" interview with the client that usually takes about 45 minutes. The goal is to listen and gain a solid understanding of what sets my client's services / products apart from the competition. Nobody knows your business better than you do! My job is to tell your story in a relatable, entertaining and substantive way that moves the needle.
