- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have multiple levels of pricing. For small businesses I recommend a Wix or Squarespace design. We charge $500 for that. We also include Yelp and Google reviews listings. Those that want national exposure will want something like Wordpress. We charge anywhere from $750 and up based on your requirements. We also do enterprise or custom developments using django. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is a discussion, online or in person, to determine the customer's goals and needs. We discuss the different options, the style, features etc. It's about learning what the customer needs. Afterwards, we will create some mockups or wireframes and work with the customer to iron out all the details. Next we will refine the look of the site. This may take some back and forth as we get feedback and make adjustments. Then we'll implement the site and start testing. Finally we will do a review and incorporate any change requests. Not finished yet! Even after we're done we do a followup about a month later to make sure everything is working out.

We have experience in all sorts of web design. From full custom work to Wordpress to enterprise level developments. You can look at our portfolio and talk with me. I'm technical and personally have experience in everything from IT to web development to marketing.
