Ivan was on time and his tools and equipment were clean and neat. He explained the steps he would take to clean my couch. I really appreciated that. I didn't feel like he rushed the job to get to another one. I've worried about that when I've hired others for other small projects. He took his time and paid attention to detail. I appreciated that he called me to come and review his work before he had packed up his equipment. We did see an area that needed a little more attention....and he got right on it and made it look great. He takes many before and after pictures throughout his cleaning process. It was great to see the before and after zoomed in. I will definitely hire him again.

I wanted to get my living area rug cleaned and contacted Ivan. He arrived on time and got the job done perfectly. All the stains and discoloration was removed. Ivan took his time to make sure the rug came out fresh. After 3 years of constant use, the rug looks almost as good as new. Would recommend Ivan.

Ivan was so great to work with! Unfortunately our couch is made of viscose which is a hard fabric to work with, but Ivan was clear and straightforward with what we could expect. Our couch is now super clean and smells wonderful! He even used a fabric shaver to remove the cat scratch threads on our couch. Highly recommend Ivan!
