I specialize in introducing beginners to Fitness Kickboxing and learning to fight using Muay Thai. Additionally I am a NASM Certified MMA Conditioning Specialist and Certified Nutrition Coach so I am qualified to aid in your fitness journey.
I have spent years training in Martial Arts like Kyokushin Karate and Muay Thai Kickboxing. I love introducing beginners to the joy of kickboxing. It is one of the most fun ways to relive stress and stay in shape! Depending on your goals each lesson may include:
- Kickboxing based workout
- Self Defense Techniques
- Footwork, Offensive, and Defensive Techniques and Drills
- Beginner friendly sparring
