Recently started upgrades and remodel on an older home and decided I wanted to stay with ADT since it's been in my current home for nearly a decade. I reached out to DPS Security here on Thumbtack and Ruben @DPS contacted me right away. After a brief conversation we agreed to meet so they could look over the house. Ruben & Moises came out and did a complete walk through and evaluated what would be needed not only for the ADT alarm system, but also a multi 5K camera system as well. Both were very professional and up front on what would done exactly and the cost which was very reasonable. We decided to start with the camera system, and Moises came out and did a great job. Looking forward to finishing the house and as soon as that's complete the guys at DPS will be the very next call I make. My experience was awesome. I found Ruben on yelp and decided to give him a chance. He was punctual to our appointment. Very professional and to the point. He did not waste time or played games with money. He only sold me what I needed at the best price possible. His installer Juan was awesome as well. He took the time to explain the installation process as he went along. The demo at the end was the best. He showed us everything this new Command panel can do. I have to say I was impressed with the whole process and Ruben and his team are the real deal. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. Thank you Ruben and Juan.
