FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always make sure my customers get the best price possible. Since no two events are alike, prices vary. However, it is our job to make sure we stay within your budget. My team and I prepare, organize and deliver every detail as if we are preparing our very own personal event, always with you in mind every step of the way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are at the ready to answer all requests as fast as possible, most times within the hour. Once we make the first contact, it is our wish to hear back from you so we may take the most important step of establishing a relationship on respect and trust. We love talking with you on the phone and/or meet you in person to listen to your vision, to the minute details while also helping you and guiding you towards achieving your dream, no matter big or small, at which time we also discuss your budget. When the pertinent information is gathered, I then go to work and prepare you a formal detailed proposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My mom was a major influence and a great teacher while she ran her own catering company. Watching her cater for weddings and community events for upwards of 350 people and over, I learned the art of patience, trust and respect. In addition, I have personally over 25 years experience in the food industry, and I have been professionally planning events for over 8 years, mostly by word of mouth referrals.
