Chana is sooo sweet and a genuine person! She is the best trainer I know! She explains everything in detail and it was super simple! She explained what macros to hit and gave me a detailed training regimen. She pays attention to the details which makes a huge difference during the workout and my overall progress! I would highly recommend her to everyone!

good listener, pays attention to the details make sures your form is right with control full and full range of motion, clearly tell that she’s dedicated to her crafts. Put a lot of time into it. Definitely the right person to help you with achieving your goals.
