David responded almost immediately when I requested help. He offered to come that night but that wasn’t necessary but he did come over at our agreed scheduled time the next day. He did a great job. I appreciate the quick response along with the great job & value.

David was quick to respond and completed a lock replacement quickly too, but expensive. In addition to $95 labor, he charged me $125 for a "Bold" lock (an authentic Schlage deadbolt is only $40 at Home Depot) and told me it was Schlage. There was nowhere on the new lock nor the keys that says "Schlage". Hopefully, the unknown brand can last.
