If proposal is approved, a tentative start date is provided to the client and a follow up is made a week prior to the actual start date. During the week prior to the start date a “pre construction “ walk is scheduled to go over any questions regarding logistics, staging, access, etc, as well as an internal discussion with our crew foreman to go over all details.to this meeting also allows the client to bring up any last minute ideas or changes prior to project start date.
