I highly recommend Pavel for any sliding door repairs! He fixed our backyard sliding door to the patio and was incredibly responsive, getting back to us within a minute and coming to our house the same day. Pavel quickly identified that the rollers underneath needed replacement, and he went above and beyond, driving to three stores until he found the correct part. He also noticed some damage on the double panel track, explaining it would eventually need to be replaced. Pavel even researched and found the replacement part on Amazon, suggesting I order it there.
