- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing model is designed with your convenience in mind. For almost every task, a dedicated team of two professionals is dispatched, aiming to save you time and ensure efficiency. The hourly rate mentioned always covers the collaborative efforts of these two individuals. Please note that when paying by card, there is an additional 3% fee. This helps us maintain the quality of our services and cover transaction costs. Our prices reflect not only the task at hand but also the depth of our expertise and commitment to delivering top-notch results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer comes on board, we start by having a chat to figure out exactly what they need. Then, we customize our approach to make sure our services fit just right. We keep the communication flowing so that everyone's on the same page, ensuring our customers are happy with the results.
