Although not my first choice among the offers I received for my project, the willingness of John and understanding of my needs convinced me to give this gentleman a shot. Upon arrival after hearing my needs and studying the overall job, with a minimum of additional parts, the job was completed in less than 2 hours. I believe because of his professionalism, he made additional adjustments that I was not aware of but he honestly pointed out these adjustments to me before proceeding and without adjusting our agreed decision on the cost of this job. I very much appreciate his honesty and would recommend his services to anyone needing a handyman to tackle those jobs that at times are hard to define. John is an “ out of the box” thinker. Creative and unconventional.

John and his son were extremely professional, polite and hard working. I was very happy with the quality of work they did around my house and I was also impressed with the wide variety of things John was able to tackle. I had originally wanted him to hang a TV on granite/marble, swap an oven exhaust vent, and replace a bathroom fan... but the work ended up extending to repairing a gutter drain, fixing a faucet leak and adding insulation to my condensate drain outside the house. It's impressive that he was able to do all of those things, including electric work on the bathroom fan when he discovered a circuit breaker was faulty. I appreciated the upfront quoting of all the different projects, and how he immediately communicated when something might cost more when unexpected issues arose. One small, but very appreciated detail, was that they were extremely conscientious about not leaving a mess inside of my house. They wore protective shoe coverings anytime they came inside and cleaned up any debris their work created. I highly recommend John and we would not hesitate to use him again for other handyman needs if/when they arise!

John and his son are amazing! I think I found my handyman. His vanity installation, new toilet installation, new door and screen door repair are top notch. He knows what he is doing and is very skilled. Any issues you have he will fix right away and he does great quality work. I can’t say enough how please I am to have found him.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use John again for any Handyman type tasks. Language is a bit of a problem, however, he is neat, efficient and knowledgeable in many homeowner type tasks.
