Amazing job and experience overall! I had approximately 25 large empty boxes containing some trash as well as a large California king mattress that needed to be removed from my garage. I had contacted 1– 800 – got junk and they quoted me $650 however, these folks did it for 200 . Professional and punctual, answered my post within minutes of posting it. I still have a lot of boxes to empty and they will be the first to call to remove any trash.

Dmitry went above and beyond clearing out an area behind our garage. When I thought he was finished, he went back to bag up the dirt and weeds that had grown around the junk. Fantastic job! Would highly recommend to anyway looking for junk removal services.

Stop researching, stop scrolling, stop worrying about who to hire, you have found your guys. Dmitry and Alex are FANTASTIC!! Value = FAIR Work Quality = Above Expectations Professionalism = Nicest Guys Ever Work Ethic = 👍👍 If I had more than 2 thumbs I would give those too!! !!! 5 STARS all the way. We have a large renovation project we are working on and needed junk removal asap. Dmitry and Alex were not only able to make it work same day, but they even came earlier then the originally agreed time. Dmitry was responsive, communicative, friendly, professional and work quality was above par. We are going to have a few more loads to haul away and we would not even consider calling anyone else. They did such a great job and were so friendly that we started talking to them about our project. Once we realized they offered more services we even hired them back the next day to work on another project that is handy man related. We have the best price in the market. There are no hidden fees; you will know every small detail of the quote, and everything is itemized in the invoice. Our quotes, however, do not include moving services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process of working with a new Customer is we discuss the project. I need to get pictures of items to give full estimate! We agree on a price that works best. After that the Customer should send the Address to confirm schedule and timeframe.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have standard background checks; they are professional, skilled, efficient, and respectful. They wear masks, gloves, and shoe covers, and they have been briefed to keep their physical distance in accordance with Covid-19 protocols.
