Dmitry's got an excellent service! He immediately responded to my request, and asked questions to get clear context about my needs. He was easy to schedule with, and was friendly and professional from beginning to end. I had a dresser that I needed moved from another location to my home. Dmitry and his partner were available within 48 hours to do it. They arrived on time, sent me updates when they arrived at the pickup location, when they were on their way to me, and when they arrived. When they were taking my dresser off of their truck, I was able to see that they'd padded it for the ride. Once at my home, they immediately got to work, even stopping mid-carry (unprompted) to remove their shoes before entering my home. (Wow!) They quickly but carefully wound my dresser through my home to the spot where I wanted it. I'd definitely hire Dmitry again. The person at the pickup location even asked me for Dmitry's info to keep for future reference. Great service and value!

We have the best price in the market. There are no hidden fees; you will know every small detail of the quote, and everything is itemized in the invoice. Our quotes, however, do not include moving services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process of working with a new Customer is we discuss the project. I need to get pictures of items to give full estimate! We agree on a price that works best. After that the Customer should send the Address to confirm schedule and timeframe.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have standard background checks; they are professional, skilled, efficient, and respectful. They wear masks, gloves, and shoe covers, and they have been briefed to keep their physical distance in accordance with Covid-19 protocols.
