- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No fees, no extra charge for warranties, all pieces are covered for life, sizing, cleaning, whatever needed we stand behind our work. Warranties are 100% profit for companies. They are one sign that you are working with a low quality company and non transparent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet, in person or via zoom, see what they are interested in, show them what we can do from our website with over 200 items we have made, or 3500 videos of products we have made for other clients, order exactly what the customer wants for their budget and then get to work making the piece for them. We can move in 5 days to 4 weeks to make a piece. We deliver for all our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
22 years of experience, management training and making jewelry for Major Brands. We are authorized to repair Major brands pieces and we have a 3rd generation master jeweler who touches and fabricates every piece we make. Nothing is bought, or pre set like all the online companies.
