I think I got scammed, not sure. I will change this review if I hear back from the company. Didn’t look like the technician was prepared to clean the chimney, gave me a high estimate without a real inspection of what needed to be done, and was in a rush for me to not actually get the chimney cleaned and to get his $69 service fee and get out of here. Terrible experience all around.
