- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always try to be as up front and transparent with our pricing as possible. That's why we've created a custom balloon menu that showcases many of our most popular designs, and also includes pricing! Our website also lists rental options with pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is always working to fully understand your event needs and budget. We then prepare a custom design proposal. Upon your approval, we prepare an event contract and require a 50% retainer that is applied to your contract total. After booking, we offer custom digital mockups that allow you to see how your design will come to life. Your remaining balance is due the day of the event prior to setup.
