What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system. My hourly rate is lower if my clients are within 5-7 miles radius of my home. Slightly higher if I have to travel some distance, this is necessary to accommodate the travel time, gas and mileage. My pricing policy is very reasonable and I work hard for every cent the client spends.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know the needs of my clients, I then offer my special skills in addressing those needs to the best of my ability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have double Master's Degrees in Education and Psychology. I am currently part of a research group working on Best Education Practices for K-12 education standards for the State of California.
