Zoom Drain responded to our request very quickly. Chris showed up the next day and we showed him our issue with our clogged kitchen sink. He was able to snake it and clear the issue in under an hour. He was extremely professional and gave us recommendations for future treatments if needed. Would highly recommend. Thank you Chris!

THE BEST. No charge to walk in the door. Worked quickly. Explained everything and did exactly what was asked. Friendly, compassionate, thorough and extremely reasonable cost. The Zoom Drain team are super knowledgeable and so helpful! Needed to fix a clogged garbage disposal and someone scheduled an appointment right away for the following day. They came over around 6pm and even stayed way later than expected to fix it! The job wasn’t fully done so they came back a 2nd day to completely finish the job. Punctual, great value, and professional (they wore masks and shoe covers to protect the floors). They suggested I get a new sink faucet so I’ll most likely call them again to install it! Thanks for all the splendid work! Highly recommend them if anybody is looking for a quick plumber

We give free estimates and we don't perform any work without your authorization.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically have a customer show us the area of concern, we will then check out the other drains in the vicinity to determine the appropriate solutions. We then show the pricing out of a menu price book before we start work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are very specialized in drains and have our own in-house training center for drain cleaning. We have weekly training sessions and mandatory safety training.
