Alex (technician, not owner of business) called 20 minutes before arrival. He checked out the system and asked for details about the problem with the a/c. I told him it was just not cooling well and I thought it was low on Freon. He hooked up the gauges and it was low on Freon. He also said there was a missing cap on the input line as there should have been two but there was only one and that could explain a slow leak of the Freon. He filled the Freon, put two caps with a silicone seal on the valves and checked inside that the air was the proper temperature. All done with a smile and very courteous while he worked. I am pleased with the results and Alex’s pleasantness and am enjoying the cool air! Thank you, Alex

The air conditioner was humming loudly and turning off by itself, according to an unpredictable algorithm. I called two repairmen. Both said that the air conditioner needed to be replaced, it couldn't be repaired. It was very expensive, I believed that it could be repaired. The guys from Air Constructions are real professionals. The master quickly found the cause of the breakdown, said exactly how much it would cost and how soon my air conditioner would work normally again. He repaired the air conditioner in literally a few hours. Replaced all the consumables, cleaned everything inside. Now it works very quietly. The unpleasant smell that was there before disappeared, I didn't know how to get rid of it. I was pleased with the price. Thank you very much.

Awesome! They worked me into their schedule promptly and on a day/time that was convenient for my schedule. They were also communicative, quick to respond, and were easy to reach when I had follow up questions. They took care of some pretty complicated AC issues I was having with my AC unit and were very persistent and thorough in troubleshooting the issues. My AC unit is actually very old and and I'm overdue for a new one, so I was impressed that they were able to keep it running and buy me some more time before I have to replace it. When it comes time to replace it, I'm def going to go with these guys. But for now, my AC is going strong thanks to the Silver Fox tech! These guys really seem to know their stuff. Top-notch company with high quality service and good honest people!
