- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge according to amount of people and how long the event will be. I also take into consideration what is expected to be served, and If i need to bring and set up a portable bar.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet and introduce myself. I find out where I'm to set up and ask if there is a certain entrance I should use to unload everything. I ask if there is anything else they need to inform me about and after that I unload and set up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an AS and a BS in Science, I've taken several training classes in serving, bartending and alcohol awareness. I have my TIPS Certification and my Food Handlers Certification.
