- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you will choose the diagnosis only for the price of visit fee (29$) the diagnosis of the second unit will be offered for free. If you will choose to proceed with the repairment of two (or more) units the discount on the labor of 10% will be provided. We also provide service of unit disposal and unit installation. We can buy a unit with your consent(we offer options with your budget and requests) and install it in one day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer is choosing to schedule with us we're informing them about the time and visit fee. We offer to put in any request for the technician beforehand. (For example to call customer 15 minutes ahead) The customer may request a prior consult and a rough estimate of the cost for the repairment project relying on the model of the unit and problem description.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technician is an engineer with a degree and 13 years of experience. He worked with a variety of units and brands and knows the appliances like the back of his own hand.
