My refrigerator broke down on a Sunday and I searched Thumbtack for a Applicance repair pro. I called Sunday afternoon and the technician Christian scheduled the appointment Monday morning. Prompt and punctual. He diagnosed the issue and sent me the quote the same evening. He returned after the part was shipped and dropped in Friday afternoon of the thanksgiving weekend and fixed it in less than 30 mins. Clean, respectable and through. Cleaned up after the repair and service and offered me tips on safe appliance use. The entire experience was 5+ stars. They are trustworthy and pricing was reasonable. Will hire them again.

Strong communication with clients via text, calls and in person. Expertise enabled an efficient assessment of the problem. Had to wait approximately a week for the back ordered part. Installed and the dishwasher was back in business. A fair price $350 vs a new $1200 dishwasher!
