- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always offer compatible price. If you have lower estimate from another contractor I will give you better price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am always polite and attentive to the needs of all customs. After diagnosis I explain the problem to the customer and send estimate. it is very important to give full and clear information and avoid hidden extra costs. I always aim to minimize time for repairs as I usually have wide range of spare parts on me. So, in most cases your appliances will be fixed in a short time.
