- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is somewhat flexible depending on the details of the job once discussed between me and the customer. What you see on my profile as an hourly rate does not include materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When getting in contact with a new customer, I like to give a friendly introduction and go straight into reflecting on what the job is at hand. I like to make sure that pets and small children will be out of the work area. Discuss pricing and options for the job that include ads ons and expectations of the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have technical school training with computers. My handyman skills are almost all self taught.
