- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For small jobs, a lot of the time I can price over the phone by using photos and asking questions. customers can get an estimate within minutes. For larger jobs, it is important to set up a time to see the job and ideally meet in person to discuss the needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. A phone call, to figure out if we are the right fit for the job, if so, then we book an onsite meeting 2.Meeting at job site to go over plans and consultation. 3. Find out the needs and goals of the customer. 3. Make some suggestions if needed. 4. Give a qoute for what the customer is asking and make sure they understand what is included and what the costs are. 5. perform the work, and make sure the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this for about 15 years. went to college for 3 years looking to major in a business management degree, work with professional designers, have worked climbing trees for a well recognized tree trimming company and top quality gardeners and landscape contractors all whom have been in the business 20+ years.
