Carlos turned out to be quite difficult to deal with. He continully, even on his last day, complained that I was washing the dirt from the deck into my pool. 1) If I wanted to do that it would still be Carlos' job to clean the pool. 2) I never did that. I barely do anything back there, which is why I have a pool guy and a landscaper. 3) It's windy and was often windy during this time. Obviously, the wind was blowing the dirt into the pool. He even texted me once saying, 'Stop washing the damned floors into the pool.' I should have stopped working with Carlos then. Yet I persisted as did he up until the last day. Very unprofessional and frankly stupid to blame me, be so rude with me and not believe me. I'm certain that any reply Carlos might give here would still insist that I was washing the floors into my own pool, which again I rarely cleaned back there. Landscapers once every 2 weeks might have caused this but the wind was the main problem.
