Tom and his crew were our team for our 2019 pool install. We couldn't be happier with the results. Tom kept us informed all along the way with what was happening and when. The team was very professional, and cleaned up the work area as much as possible every day to keep the property looking as neat as possible from the street side. Every one of the crew was very polite respectful and responsive when we inquired about items or had any issues. As with any big project, issues do arise, and Tom and crew were very quick to address each of those, and resolve each of them quickly, and to our satisfaction, or change the plan to meet our needs. It was obvious from beginning to end that the crew took great pride in their work and delivering a quality product, from dig, to framing, to plumbing, to tiling, and equipment set up. We had multiple outdoor projects going on at the same time, patio, irrigation, etc..... and the crew was very effective at coordinating with other contractors and merging timelines for installs, inspections etc… Tom, personally, was exceptional as the project manager, and was available anytime we needed to talk about anything along the way, and we would highly recommend Tom and team to anyone interested in installing a new pool. Tom O'Leary was construction supervisor/manager for our extensive backyard landscape & pool/spa installation project on approx. 1/3 acre lot. He was responsible for bringing the approved design plans to fruition. This multi-faceted job entailed order & delivery of materials, working with engineering on plans, scheduling all subcontractors (& approving their work ensuring it was done to spec), handled obtaining applicable city permits & approvals. He also had to communicate progress, any delays, over-runs &/or issues with us and offer solutions. Our job entailed massive concrete work in the form of patios and raised decking for a 10’ x 15’ spool with waterfall & catch basin; 48” oversized gas firepit, curving concrete bar & bench…we had challenges along the way and a few change orders. Tom assured us throughout the process that everything would work out & it did! Tom remained available after the job was complete to answer questions about the equipment and when there was an installation issue/equipment failure, he made sure it was corrected & fixed to our satisfaction.

I met about 20 different contractors before I finally met Tom and his wife. Each and every contractor I met with before them just gave me a bad feeling. But when I met Tom, I knew I found the perfect guy for the project. Tom listened to everything I wanted and help me bring my vision to life, as quickly as possible. It was clear Tom had extensive knowledge and experience in the field, which gave me comfort and peace of mind. I signed the contract the same week and within four weeks, Tom was able to redo my entire backyard - including new concrete, new pebble tec, new tile, new plumbing, deck jets, LED lights, gas lines, and an automation system. Tom knew I had renters coming in and he made sure to finish everything in time for them. In fact, on the last day, we noticed there was a leak and Tom himself stayed and fixed everything before the renters arrived and even stayed to give them a rundown of how to work everything. He has been patient with all of my questions and concerns, and he responds quickly to all calls and messages. I highly recommend him.
