- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All appointments are scheduled and then confirmed 24 hours in advance. A consultation fee of $95.00 is charged for initial or 1st meeting appointment, but also deducted from the 1st day's work if/when the project is secured. Payment for any and all services rendered is expected at the end of each business day, unless otherwise agreed upon. There is a 4 hour minimum per day, unless otherwise arranged (and agreed to) by both parties in advance. Services and special projects maybe packaged and priced accordingly. Acceptable forms of Payment: Cash, Venmo, & Zelle. Cancellation Policy: **24-hour advance notice of cancellation or change is required.** We all have busy schedules and time is reserved for you. So, if you need to change your appointment, no problem! Let me know 24 hours in advance please. Otherwise, last minute cancellations are charged a flat fee of $95.00.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
K.I.S.S. (keep it simple stupid) :-)) 1. Respond to inquiry and determine scope of work over phone or email 2. Schedule appointment - Meet n Greet - Assess project/specific needs 3. Prioritize tasks and customize your project 4. Review rates and any additional costs for materials or other services, etc. 5. Review, calculate, and send estimate via email (24 hours) 5. Follow up, Q & A, confirm project (24 hours) - agreement 6. Schedule date(s) 7. Get it done!
