- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We at Thomson AC offer competitive pricing, and are willing to work with our customers budgets through creative ways to save money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically need a full name, address, phone number and email to create an account and book an appointment. Our dispatching software sends a confirmation text and email that the appointment has booked, and allows for technician tracking to ensure you know where your technician is and how long it will be until they arrive at your location.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are properly trained and certified to complete work in a safe manner. We perform background checks and vigorous interviews on each and every employee that we hire, and we have internal training meetings once per week.
