Don’t hire these guys. The person communicating in the app is a total hot head and will just harass you when you ask why they are late for their appointment. Booked these guys for convenience since it said they were available this week during a holiday week. Booked for thanksgiving morning at 8am. 8:40am and no communication, so I reached out. He informs me he tried to reach out but there were no notifications or communication in our app. He says to me 40 minutes past the time scheduled that their rate will be a 3 hour minimum. This was not stated clearly in their profile like other movers on here. I told him that rate was too much and I would find someone more upfront with pricing (and also someone who shows up on time) He then proceeded to harass me in the chat saying it was thanksgiving and I was crazy to think I would have a lower rate. I communicated if thanksgiving pricing was special or scheduling it should be noted or not offered.

Hello Shelby, you reached out to us asking for a QUOTE. We tried contacting you to set up an APPOINTMENT but couldn’t reach you. We tried our best to accommodate you on Thanksgiving while we’re busy with other customers and our own family. We explained our price for you and you mentioned it wasn’t in your budget. Although we weren’t able to CONFIRM AN APPOINTMENT with you we are sorry we couldn’t help out. This review was unnecessary and doesn’t reflect the service we provide or our value compared to more expensive companies.

Michael was very helpful and great at packaging/wrapping up a coffee table base and large glass top. Clever at getting them into my truck for me! Easy to set up appointment and they were right on time (early actually)! Would definitely use them again!
