Misael is a gem! He’s been very quick to reply to any and all texts I’ve sent his way and has now been to my house three times for the various projects I had him do. He has built in an entire small section of an arch that I needed leveled out, and demo’d a cabinet and installed some trim. He is the reason my kitchen is appliance ready! Couldn’t recommend him more. Some stuff he’s touched & fixed include plumbing, electrical, drywall, countertop, cabinetry.

Misael did a wonderful job on our downstairs walk-in shower. We hired him to tile the tub surround. He is very trustworthy and respectful. I would hire him again for more projects around the house as they arise. I’m going to recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

This review is on behalf of my experience with contractor Miseal Elias @ Deluxe Remodeling. I enter into contract with Miseal to correct. Kitchen renovation gone bad by a previous contractor. The job was difficult and large due to the imperfections left by previous contractor. I’m extremely grateful for the dedication and professionalism he provided. My dream kitchen is no longer a nightmare. I will be calling him with projects in the future.

Misael was very pleasant, very helpful and very knowledgeable. He came with one of his guys. He was a pleasure to work with and they did the work quickly and efficiently. When the work was done, they cleaned up the work area.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a fee for on site quotes of $100 if we agree on a price we deduct from the final price. My rate usually consist of $55 hourly, if its less than 2 hours there is a driving time increase, to 3 hours minimum! My rate its calculated to create a contract, how many hours it might take to perform job to create a quote! If we agree to a price in a project it could take less time or more the quote amount remains the same!! Please talk to me and ask if there is concern with the price before we start any job!! Thank you for the business
