This shed demo & removal took less than 2hours. They even took some broken concrete barriers. They guys pulled in & got to work! Everything left clean & tidy. No damage to the remaining structure. All communication was clear and timely. Would hire them again without hesitation.

My first experience with demo was a painless one because of Gonzalo. Gonzalo brought 3 other men and a truck to haul away the debris. Closet is gone! They were due at 8:30 AM and arrived at 8:00 AM. They were very polite and letting me know they came early. They didn't charge extra for removing the drywall around the wooden beam on my ceiling. Cleaned up after themselves and hauled all the debris away. Initially they tried to negotiate moving my stacked washer dryer. When I said no and offered my painters blanket to cover the machines, they agreed. And they carefully removed the wall surrounding the washer driver, in an area where they easily could’ve refused to try to work around the appliances. They made it work and did an excellent job. Best part: they were done in 2 hours.
