2:30 PM George from JC Demolition and his team arrived at my property right on time. I then showed George my issue with tree roots pushing up my cement pathway and breaking all my Spanish tile. George and team immediatly got to work. They did an excellent job and went out of their way to make sure all the roots which were a major issue were removed from under the pathway and beyond which he did not have to do. The pathway was Jack hammered in the damaged area roots removed then new concrete was poured and George then went out of his way again and carefully cut some of the unbroken Spanish tile from the damaged section saving the tile which I believe another company woould of just dug out and then relaid the tile with some new pieces I had left over and relaid the pathway. The job was finished earlier than I expected the work was of the upmost Professional. George and his team were very helpful and friendly and did a GREAT JOB. I am a very happy customer and would highly recmmend thier services and the price was very good for all their work. I have asked him to give me a price on redoing my garage driveway next. Thank you JC Demolition for your excellent work.

George did a great job helping us remove wooden floors glued tight to the subfloor. I tried myself before calling the professionals. And I’m glad I did. JC demolition was very professional and working with Claudia to get an estimate and schedule our appointment was easy. George arrived on time and they finished ahead of schedule. I’ll definitely use them again!

JC Demolition know what they are doing. And they do it right! I would use their services again if the need arises. My project: break down the deck and haul away the debris. The 2 workers assigned to my project came and did just that. They were very efficient and the clean up was A+.

Claudia and Jorge were simply awesome to work with from start to finish. We needed demo done ASAP due to some water damage in our garage and got several quotes. They went above and beyond as far as responsiveness, being kind and easy to communicate with, and reasonable pricing. The work itself was prompt and excellent. I hope we don't need anything else done anytime soon, but if we do they'll definitely be the first people on our list!
