Claudia and Jorge were simply awesome to work with from start to finish. We needed demo done ASAP due to some water damage in our garage and got several quotes. They went above and beyond as far as responsiveness, being kind and easy to communicate with, and reasonable pricing. The work itself was prompt and excellent. I hope we don't need anything else done anytime soon, but if we do they'll definitely be the first people on our list!

From start to end, it was a very smooth process. Claudia is awesome; so responsible and professional. George came out and gave us a quote the next day I called. They were super fast, cuts were really clean and the existing concrete looks untouched. Everything was hauled away with no mess. Definitely would refer them to my family and friends and hire them for my next project.

life saver! We were looking for help demoing a bathroom after starting it ourselves and realizing it was more work than we could handle ourselves. JC Demolition reached out quickly, worked with me on a plan and budget, and was able to come out within 2 days and knock the job out in 1 day! They were also respectful of my home and kept clean - and respectful of noise and my animals. I will be hiring them again for the next project. They’ll get you ready to remodel!

Fast response and scheduling! Our project was removing a concrete wall in our side yard. They walked me through each phase of removal and confirmed with me before proceeding with sections that were a bit more complicated (ex. Sections touching a neighbor's wall). They also cleaned super well, not only covering areas to protect from dust but also rinsed down.
