2:30 PM George from JC Demolition and his team arrived at my property right on time. I then showed George my issue with tree roots pushing up my cement pathway and breaking all my Spanish tile. George and team immediatly got to work. They did an excellent job and went out of their way to make sure all the roots which were a major issue were removed from under the pathway and beyond which he did not have to do. The pathway was Jack hammered in the damaged area roots removed then new concrete was poured and George then went out of his way again and carefully cut some of the unbroken Spanish tile from the damaged section saving the tile which I believe another company woould of just dug out and then relaid the tile with some new pieces I had left over and relaid the pathway. The job was finished earlier than I expected the work was of the upmost Professional. George and his team were very helpful and friendly and did a GREAT JOB. I am a very happy customer and would highly recmmend thier services and the price was very good for all their work. I have asked him to give me a price on redoing my garage driveway next. Thank you JC Demolition for your excellent work.

I was so pleased with George and Claudia’s attentitiveness to the communication, quality work, and professionalism. I needed substantial concrete removed, both flat work and cinder block walls. This was hard work. George brought the crew and the right tools. And they kept the project orderly and clean through completion. They didn’t cut any corners. And Claudia kept me in the loop the whole time with timely and relevant communication. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for similar work.

George did a fantastic job removing the. Ricks and concrete from this planter so I can extend the grass later. He even filled in and leveled a gap left by some of the removed bricks. I’m super happy with this!
