Hi Semra, I want to thank you for feedback but we did send you several reminders, 7 reminders in fact to let you know your warranty was expiring and give you an opportunity to renew, which is must less costly than starting over. We sent a print notice, a few emails a few call reminders and did our best to let you know. You chose not to renew or respond to any of attempts to reach you. Most of our customers do renew for the very reason that we live in a climate/location that is very friendly to termites. The fact they returned has nothing to with the quality of work we provided for you. We provided great service and when the 2nd area that needed to be treated we responded quickly and efficiently. As you can see from our over 350 reviews here the majority of our customers are very satisfied with our work. We regret that you are disappointed with us but we did everything we possibly could to give you more than ample time to renew with us. Most termite companies only send 1 print notice customers so we really go above and beyond to make sure our customers can have the continued coverage they need. We hope you will reconsider your review us since it has nothing to do with the quality of work we provided for you during the time you were under warranty with us.
