I found Luis after becoming extremely frustrated with my usual company/installer for failing to follow up. Luis responded extremely quickly, knew exactly what I was trying to accomplish, and came back with a very reasonable quote. Luis came out as soon as the rain cleared and was very communicative leading up to his arrival. He quickly swapped out the three optimizers that needed replacing. We chatted a bit and you could see that he was passionate about his work and doing right by his clients. I would definitely recommend him and plan on using him for future maintenance and other solar needs in the future.

I highly recommend Luis for solar systems repairs and upgrades. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He responded to my request very quickly and arranged to come within 2 days. He even came earlier, after letting me know he was coming. He explained my system to me and fixed the problem, including getting up on the roof and fixing some loose wires, in no time. He also gave me options for upgrading my system, if I wanted to, but did not pressure me into action. He aslo explained about cleaning the solar panels, which I have already done. I am very impressed with Luis's service and would definitely use him again.

After various companies trying to sell me a new solar system instead of further diagnosing the system I found N.E.E.S. Luis and his team took the time to take apart my system and find bad connections between solar panels and were able to repair the connections and keep me well within my budget thank you guys for you hard work !
