- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rental Homes & Condos: 6.9% of collected rent, leasing fee $399 for more information *********************. Apartments: 3-5.9% of gross income
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet and view the property, give the customer an estimate of what it might rent for and advise them on what their property needs in order to be "Rent Ready". If we both agree that we are a good fit, we sign a month-to-month agreement and assign you to your property manager. Simple and efficient.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's in Real Estate Development and brokers license. We bring a level of sophistication to the management space that typically dominated by mom and pop shops and real estate agents.
