- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a complementary consultation to make sure that we are a match. We discuss goals and background in working out. I like my clients to keep a food log so I can address nutrition and also we talk about general wellness, stress levels, etc. I will do a general movement assessment and body composition . From there, I design a program for the client and implement it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am NASM and AFFA certified. I also have a TRX certification. I am a IFBB Pro bikini competitor and have studied nutrition extensively.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started at 26, 32 years ago, as a general manager of a gym. The owners of the gym hired a personal trainer for me, and I fell in love with the idea of becoming one myself.
