My training is built around overcoming adversity and my willingness to learn. Everyone is different with how their bodies react to training. From me to you its a team effort so we’ll adapt and figure out what works for us. Lets be great.
I charge $70 an hour and would love to do a tour at either my facility or wherever you feel most comfortable to train in.
