- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $50 an hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start by meeting and talking to my customers to get to know them a bit on a personal level, and in turn they can learn more about me. Once we establish a relationship, we talk about their goals and go over ideas and a plan to achieve their goals. After that, I’ll help them purge items to donate or toss. Then the fun begins! Depending on the project, they may need to be available for any questions that may arise. But in most cases, once we’ve gone over the details and they’ve purged, I work autonomously.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve had a knack for this since childhood that I’ve honed over the years, not only in my professional career as an executive assistant, but also in my personal life. Although I have had no formal training, there is nothing more valuable than experience.
