Henry was quick to respond, arrive, and honest! I called him to get a second opinion on a lock at our home, and he was upfront with me from the start that no expensive repairs were required. The other locksmith I had contacted wanted to charge me $300+ to have a new lock installed, while Henry let me know this was not the case. Would definitely work with him again!

I lost my mailbox key and had to get the entire lock replaced. I was told that the type of lock was more on the expensive end and that it would be a bit difficult to replace. Whether or not that was true, he fixed it within 10 mins. I was also a bit surprised that there would be a service charge on top of the labor charges which wasn’t mentioned during our initial phone call. The total amount ended up to be $400. Although they were prompt, friendly and professional, I feel like I was getting ripped off.

The quality of work was fantastic and I will definitely consider them in future. Adam was great, specially after a really bad experience with another tech, Adam’s work was really appreciated.

Handy was great. He responded quickly, came out on a holiday weekend & was upfront and honest with the work and cost before getting started. He changed out a deadbolt that didn't have a key and aligned all 3 locks (the other 2 locks had different keys) to 1 key as requested. He was in/ out in 20-30min. I would hire him again.
